Synapse Brain & Spine Center provides functional neurology and functional medicine services to patients throughout coastal Delaware. Every patient begins with a thorough diagnostic evaluation that may include QEEG brain mapping, ocular motor testing, neurocognitive assessment, and advanced metabolic testing. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan using therapies such as neurofeedback, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, low-level laser therapy, and neurologically focused chiropractic care.
