Diagnostic Tools
The diagnostic phase is the first step of the Synapse Approach. Before we recommend a single therapy, we investigate four pillars of health: neurological, musculoskeletal, chemical, and hormonal. Symptoms rarely have one cause, and testing across all four pillars keeps us from missing the real driver.
Each tool below examines a different pillar. The QEEG brain map, ocular motor testing, and neurocognitive testing evaluate neurological function. Advanced metabolic testing uncovers chemical and hormonal imbalances, and the neurological and orthopedic exam assesses musculoskeletal health.
The “Synapse Approach” uses technology to identify causes of symptoms objectively which allows the doctor and the patient track their progress visually over the treatment sessions. Not all Diagnostic tools are necessary for every case.
